THE SEIZURE OP VON PAPEN'S PAPERS

The following Berlin wireless' message, wliicli has been received, states that' Captain von Papen's letters and Bank accounts were seized in violation of his diplomatic safe-conduct. Tho papers were of a purely personal character. Tho message denies that von L'apen paid money for attempts against 'munition plants and bridges.
