THE WEATHER
. SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications axe for changeable weather eenerally, with scattered showers and foggy at times along l the East Coast. Expect moderate to strong north-west to south-west winds. Barometer unsteady, with a rising tcndcncy in the south. An area of low pressure, which, yesterday was located to the westward, has apparently been defleoted *.o more southern latitudes. Moderate to strong rcrth-west winds have predominated, aad tho weather has been warm and hazy generally, but eloomy in various parts.
