Holiday excursion tickets, available for return until 17th Fel>ruary, 1916, will bo obtainable as under (except where ordinary fares are less): — From January 20th to 22nd—From Wanganui, Waiouru, Foxton, Wellington (both stations), Dannovirke, Greytowu, Te Avo, and intermediate stations to Te Aro, Greytown, Danuevirke, Wellington (both stations), Foxton, Waiourui, Wangahui, and intennediate stations, or vice versa. These tickets will be available for break of journey at any station at which the train is timed to stop after 50 miles from issuing station. On January 24th.—Holiday excursion tickets, available for r&irn on day of issue only, will be obtainable at Masterton, Greytown, Cross Creek, and intermediate stations to Trentliam. These tickets "will be issued only by the trains which leave Masterton at 7.25 and 8.45 a.m., and Greytown at 7.55 and !).1S a.m. TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS FOR JANUARY 20th and 24th.-TE ARO- • WOODYILLE. The usual 7.25 a.m. Masterton-Welling-ton train will leave Masterton ,at 8.43 a.m., Carterton 9.10, Woodsido y.33, Featherston. 9.48, ICaitoke 31.28, Upper Hutt 11.53, Trentliam arr. 11.58, dep. 12.0 noon, Lower Hutt 12.30 p.iiK, Petonc 12.34, Ngahauranga 12.42, Wellington arrive 12.52. A special passenger train for Trentliam will leave Masterton at 7.25 a.m., Carterton 7.50, Greytown 7.55, Featherston 8.28, Trentliam arrivo 10.49 a.m. Additional train will leave Greytown for Woodsido at 9.18 a.m., making connection at Woodside with the 8.45 a.m. train from Masterton.
NOTE.—Passengers from Trentliam for stations Upper Hutt and beyond will travel by special train leaving'Trentliam for Masterton at 5.15 p.m., Upper Ilutt 5.33, Featherston 7.37, Greytown arrive 8.7, Carterton dep. 8.18, Masterton arrive 8.45 p.m. The usual 4.25 p.m. Wellington-Mas-terton train will be delayed and will leave Wellington at 5.50 p.m., Lower Hutt C.27, Upper Hutt 7.12, ICaitoke 7.50, Featherston 9.10, Greytown arrive 9.40, Carterton dep. 9.50, Masterton arr. 10.19 p.m. In addition to usual stops this train will also stop at Trentham to take up passengers. Tho 5.12 p.m. train from Wellington on January 20th and 24th will run to Lower Hutt only. The usual 10.0 a.m. Wellington-Wood, ville train will leave Wellington 9.35, Kaiwarra 9.40, Ngahaurangn, 9.45, Petone 9.53, Lower Hutt 10.0, Upper Hutt arr. 10.40 a.m., dep. 11.52 a.m., thence at usual times. An extra train will leavo LoweT Hutt for Wellington at 11.28 a.m. The usual 10.15 a.m. train Lower Hutt to Wellington will leave Lower Hutt 10.53 a.m., Wellington arr. 11.15 a.m. Tho G. 5 p.m. Te Aro-Upper Hutt train will not run between To Aro and Wellington. A special passenger train, stopping if required at all stations to take up passengers for Trentham only, will leave Masterton at 7.25 a.m. for Trentlwjn. The usual 4.25 p.m. Yfellington-Master-ton train will be delayed and will leave Wellington at 5.50 p.m. (See above.) NOTE.—On Saturday, 22nd January, Day Excursion or suburban tickets- issued at any station between Te Aro and Upper Ilutt inclusive to any station between Upper Hutt and Te Aro inclusive will not bo available by -the train leaving Wellington for Woodville at 7.50 a.m., and Woodville for Wellington at 12.57 p.m.-either on the outward or return journey.
