SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for variable breezes, with moderate southerlies prevailing northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and westerlies elsowhere. There is a. prospect of fair weather generally, and a further Increase in atmospheric firessure is likely to take place. The centre of low baiometrlo prossuro has passed to the south-eastward of the Dominion. .West and southwest winds have predominated, squally occasionally in the south during last night, but decreasing in energy since.
