By Telegraph—Press Association, Dunedin, January 13. Tlie Otago quota for tho 12th Reinforcements will probably bo cnly 16 short. The quota left for Wellington to-day. J[, Rowland, jeweller, 90 Manners Street, offers 15 per cent, special discount off all soldiers' requisites, such as wristlet watches, binoculars, etc. —Advt.
