FIRE AT THE BLUFF
HARBOUR BOAED OFFICES • DAMAGED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Invercargill, January 11. 'A fire occurred at the Bluff this morning, -which resulted in the _ destruction of two woodei) shops and serious damage to the Harbour Board Offices. The loss is estimated at £4000. Chapman, grocer, was insured for £1400, and Stewart, tobacconist, for £150. Both suffered complete losses. The board's offices were insured for £3000. .
