ATTEMPTED SUICIDE. By Tclesrapli—Press Association. Cisborne, January 11. Harry Statt, 4'2 years, a station hand, married, is supposed to have attempted stiicido at Ngatapa to-day ; He cut Ins throat with a lcnife, and is in hospital. His condition is not serious. FALL FROM A WINDOW. Auckland, January 11. A young lady, Miss Seiba Summers, while leaning out of an office window overbalanced and fell through the skylight'on to the pavement, about 20 feet below. She sustained a fractured skull and internal injuries. She is unconscious, and her condition is critical.
