RETURNED SOLDIERS APPROVE.

_ The secretary of the proposed National Service League, which is inviting the public to take up shares to place it on a firm foundation, is meeting with warm support from returned discharged soldiers. Mr. Norris writes from Masterton on this subject as follows :— _ Sir, —Tlie returned discharged soldiers are already paying dividends I promised to those who buy our founders' shares. Letters have been received from— Dargaville: "I am pleased we are not going to be forgotten, after doing our best for the Empire." Golden Bay: "I am in constant dread of beiiig taken for a member of the ,cold-feet brigado. Thank your founders." Hawera: "I am deaf, and thev won't take me. Pleased to hear that those who offered to servo aro appreciated." Kaipara: ' 'Don't forget my application, jolly glad to bo "able to know who have done their bit." Masterton: "I drive a car, and absolutely detest going out to the camps now, for fear the boys think I'm a slacker." Tho above extracts from letters received from returned soldiers unfit for further service speak for themselves as to tho view these men take of tho movement.
