MONEY FOR A SOLDIERS' CLUB. A Soldiers' Club is being established at Palmers ton for tvliicli a very considerable sum of money has already been subscribed. When the Prime Minister was present at a gathering held in Palmerston to bid farewell to a soldier, Lieutenant A. Jacob's, ho was asked by the Mayor of the town to make an appeal to tho company for additional funds for the club. Mr. Masscy did so, with tho result that £275 was collected in the room. .
