SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications aro for southerly breezes, backing to increasing easterlies shortly. Dull weather is probable, with much mist and fog, especially in and northward of Cook Strait, and rain is likely to follow generally. Barometer fail in the north. An atmospheric depression has passed off tho East Coast, and there are now indications of the development of a cyclonio disturbance to tho north-westward of tho Dominion.
