WATERSIDE WORKERS*. WAGES DISCUSSED. A fully representative meeting of shipowners ami marine superintendents of tlio various oversea shipping companies in New Zealand was held yesterday to discuss the proposals of'the rccent conierenco of waterside workers held in Wellington. The meeting lasted all day, and concluded last evening. Resolutions were carried offering certain conditions, which have yet to he considered by the workers.
