THE KAISER'S CONDOTON MORE UNFAVOURABLE REPORTS By IWegraph—Press Association—Oonyi'l"' London, Jauuary 4.• The "Daily News" says that dispatches from neutral sources in Germany received in Rome state that the Kaiser, besides suffering from malignant carbuncle, has sustained a rupture arising from a blood disorder, together with a recrudescence of throat trouble. Dispatches to Paris by way of Switzerland state that operations, the nature of which is not specified, were performed on Wednesday. The throat trouble is said to have extended to the lips, and it is even asserted that it was found necessary to provide the Kaiser with a silver palate. KINGS OF CREECE AND SERBIA. BOTH ARE SERIOUSLY ILL. London, January 4. Rome reports state that it is not unlikely that King Constantino and King Peter will meet. Both are seriously ill. The Gorman doctors are pessimists regarding King Constantine, and fear that he will not bo able further to svif-h State matters.
