Mr. Harry Ridgway, a respected resident of Hastings, died yesterday morning, aged 45. The death occurred at the Bowon Street private hospital 011 Sunday of Mr. Joseph Lowrcy, aged 90 ceased arrived in Wellington in 18J0, and has resided here ever since with ttio exception of a relatively short period spent on the Victorian goldfields. Mr. Lowrey was one of the very oldest residents of the City and district.
