Expect increasing cloudiness end a change, with rain following. Barometer falling everywhere. Atmospheric pressure has decreased in tho south, and southerly to easterly winds have ruled, with fair to cloudy weather generally, and the storm has now passed eastward of East Oape. D. 0. BATES.
