Tho totalisator handled .£18,480, as against .£18,819 10s.' last year. Tho war tax on investments amounted to .£lls 7s. Following are the results:— SUMMER HURDLES, of 130 soys. Dear Annie dropped out from tho start. Bore fell at the second fence when in the lead. Moddite caught Peerless three furlongs from home, but a furlong further (on Castiron and Master Hamilton raninto the lead and fought oiit an interesting finish.
