WOOL-GKOWEES WELL PLEASED. Tho Christchurch wool sale, held ou Monday, 6th December, showed that there is still keen demand for wool, especially halfbred, in good condition. The top price ,was 19d. per lb. This excellent figure was secured by Coioiiel, tho Hon. R. Heaton Rhodes, of Otahuna, on whoso flocks Quibell's Improved Powder Dip has been used for some years past. Wool-growers will also remember that at the .recent' Auckland wool 6ale? fine crossbred wool, on which this dip had been used, realised the fine price flf 21d. per lb., which is a record for Auckland 1 and also for that class of wool in the Dominion.
