Armstrong, in hospital at Alexandria; Pte. G. George is reported still dangerously ill. MABENO AT ALBANY. Perth, December 24. 'A New Zealand hospital ship has arrived at Albany, carrying 128 officers and men, under Colonel Collins. With tlio exception of 38 cot cases, all aboard are convalesccnt. • ■ ■
