Clarko, HeadqiiarCers Staff, to beisergeant. j SOLDIERS' ROOM The enthusiastic workers whose special caro is the comfort of tho soldiers who visit the Soldiers' Room in Sydney Street have spared Ho effort to make the room specially bright and attractive for the Christmas season. A decorating committee has been doing good work, and soldier visitors to tho rooms during tho holidays will be made to feel thoroughly at home. There will be a t light lunch provided to-day, and for the evening a 'bright programme has been arranged. The evening's entertainment will be of a social nature, and t tho president, Mrs. W. F. Massey, ana [. the committee c-xtend a cordial welcome il' to all soldiers. ' The Countess of Liverpool will be present at nine o'clock. l- '
