Advices from Baltcliik state that 40 vessels appeared off Cape-Kaliakra, and proceeded in the direction of Varna. Four large warships bombarded fo-r a couple of hours until a fog caused a cessation. , The squadron returned Ito Kaliakra simultaneously'from Varna. ■ Tiro Russian gunboats bombarded the Bulgarian frontier, near Ekrene. .Two Turkish sailing vessels proceeding to Constasza were sunk, and the orews taken prisoner. '
