AN AMERICAN PROTEST
BRITISH CRUISERS OFF THE COAST. By TaleffraDh—Prose Association—Oopyxlellt (Reo. December 22, 9.40 p.m.) Washington, Decomber 21. The Government has protested to Britain against the presence of British 'cruisers off the American ports. It is admitted that tho British cruisers are outside of territorial waters.
