A Bulgarian officer said: "I know that rag, it is only fit to frighten Mexicans." The flag was torn down. BRITISH CASUALTIES. IN SERBIA AND SALONIKA. (Rec. December 21, 11.50 p.m.) London, December 21. British casualties to December 11 in Serbia and Salonika total 32 officers and 1246 men, including 85 killed. GREEK ELECTIONS. WALKOVER FOR. "GOUNARISTS." (Rec. December 21, 11.40 p.m.) Athens, December 21. • The elections appear to be a walkover for the supporters of M. Gounarist._ Most of the Venezelist electors abstained from taking part.
