RUBBER FOR GERMANY, By Telegraph—Press AFSoelatioa—Copyright London, December 19. Tlie Foreign Office announces that out of three hundred bags seized aboard the steamer Helligolav, 109 were filled exclusively with 8000 pounds of rubber consigned to a woll-known enemy forwarding agent in Sweden.
