The' 'Times" correspondent who recently interviewed King Constantino telegraphed from Athens on Tuesday: "Tho moment has arrived when Greece must come to grave decisions. CJircnrnstancos make it probable- that the Central Powers will request from Grceco similar facilities for a march through Greece to those wliich were granted to the Allies. Hut are the Austro-Ger-mans numerically sufficient? If insufficient, will they invito the Bulgarians to accompany them? Will the Bulgarians, anyhow, consent to remain? Caution lias been its policy, and neutrality its aim, but -the Government consists of Greeks, and every Greek is a patriot. Mr. Martin Donohoe, writing to the "Daily Chroniclo" from Athens, says that it is reported that tho Bulgarian Minister has declared that the Bulgarians will respect Greek neutrality, and neither now, nor in tho future, will they cross the frontier. "Bulgaria is raising a new army of an estimated strength of 150,000." TERRITORIAL BAIT AS LURE FOR GREECE, Athens, December 16. The paper "Neon Asty" states that Bulgaria has promised to cede Doiran and Ghevgheli to Greece. , THE FIGHTING IN MONTENEGRO Amsterdam, December 16. German communique says"Fighting in Northern Montenegro is proceeding successfully. The Austrians have advanced close to Propolie, just north of the Montenegrin border.
