The Taulierenikau Camp Commandant expresses his appreciation of the plucky action of Private Rogers, F Company, 9fch, in climbing oil to a run-away wagon, thus averting • what might have resulted in a serious accident. Riflo Brigade will commence on Sunday next and termrlate on Monday, January 3. On Sunday special trains will run from Rangiotii to Wellington, Napier, New Plymouth: and Auckland. Oil Sunday, January 2 special trams will bo run to Rangiotu irom Wellington, Napier, Now Plymouth, and Auckland.
