At the Clyde Quay School break-up yes-: terday morning, Mr. David Robertson, chairman of, the, committee, .remarked i i . een connected with the school ever since it started, and in complimenting Mr. ,W. T. Grundy on the o f; om Pl ls lied.in the school mentioned that lie also had been with them since the beginning, and they were all very proud of the work he had done. Every boy and girl who knew Mr. Grundv must respect Him, for it© had done his duty so well and nobly that everyone was proud oi,him. He had been one to agitate lor the establishment of • the school, but he was now growing too oldujras i • ? , room f° r others. He did not intend to take any further part in the duties of the school committee, but he would just'like to 6ay that he had always been proud of the school, and had always done his best for the boys and girls of the neighbourhood.
