*- SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for high northerly to westerly winds. Expect cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain following generally; the barometer falling everywhere, but probably rising in the south after from 24 to M hours. The barometer has fallen considerably in the south, and northerly winds have increased, strong to tale, in many parts of the Dominion.
