SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT 1 P.M VESTEROAY. Present indications are for decreasing l southerly breezes, bucking by cast to nortli and then increasing, especially in the south.. Weather warm- and humid, with increasing cloud and haziness for a change, and tho barometer falling cverywhero soon. The latter f part of . tho week is likely to prove vary unsettled. ' A westerly Bale persisted about East (Jape ob Sunday, but moderate to strong and variable winds have ruled, with fair to cloudy weather generally, and little change in atmospheric pressure. " D. 0.
