On July 30 the rate wae raised to 4 per cent;, and on July 31 it was raised to 8 per ccnt., and on August 1 it was further advanced to lO per cent. On Auenet 6 the rate was Teduced to 6 per cent., on Aujyust 7 it was.further raiuced to d por cent., at which rate -it now; stands.
