A representative of. the "Vossisehe Zeitung" gives a description of tho German navy at sen, obviously witli the object of befooling the German people. He speaks of a- naval cruise, and says that tho fleet is ready for action, day And night. Glowingly ho. depicts the gallant officers and seamen in the Kiel Canal minimising their sleep, and watching for a chanco to engage the onemy.
