SUMMARY AND FORECAST 1 AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. .Present indications are for increasing easterly winds northwards of New Plymouth and Napier, and,' northerlies elsewhere. The weather is likely to bo-1 oome dull to ojercast, with rain following and decreasing barometric pressure 'generally. Fair and warm weather has ruled, and variable berezes have prevailed to-day.
