ADDITIONAL EXPRESS TRAINS PALMERSTON NORTH-AUCKLAND. ; From 17th December, 1915, to 9th January, 1916; inclusive, Extra Express Trains will'run between Wellington and Auckland as under-.— FOR AUCKLAND.-Wellington (Thorndon) dep. 2.0 p.m.; Auckland arr. 7.50 a.m. This train will leave Wellington on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but not on Sundays. The frfst day on which the Extra Express Train will leave Wellington will be FRIDAY, 17th DECEMBER, 1915. On the days that this train runs, the ordinary 1.10 p.m. Wellington-Auckland Express Train will take passengers from Wellington only for Taihape and stopping stations beyond Taihape, and will NOT take up passengers at any stopping station between Palmerston North and Mercer (both inclusive). Passengers from these stations must travel by the Welling-ton-Auckland Extra Express Train leaving Wellington at 2.0 p.m., Palmerston North 5.22 p.m.; by the Palmerston North-Auckland Additional Express Train leaving Palmerston North at .3.18 p.m. (on 22nd, 23rd, 2ith December, l6t, 3rd, and 4th January only; see below, or by tho Summer Express Train leaving Wellington at 0.10 p.m. FOR WELLINGTON:—AuckIand dep. 9.52 p.m. Wellington (Thorndon) arr. 3.59 p.m. This train will leave Auckland on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but not on Saturdays: The first day on which the Extra Express Train will leave Auckland will be FRIDAY, 17th DECEMBER, 1915. Passengers from these stations must travel by the Auck-land-Palmorston North Additional Express ' Train leaving Auckland at 6.58 p.m. (leaving Auckland on -22nd, 23rd, 21th December, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th January only; see below), by the AucklandWellington Extra Express Train leaving Auckland at 9.52 p.m., or by the Summer Express Train leaving Auckland at 12.40 p.m. Passengers from stations between Mercer and Palmerston North for stations between Waipukurau and Napier should travel by the Extra Express Train leav- ■ ing Auckland at 9.52 p.m. (from 22nd December to 3rd .Tanunry), which connects at Palmerston North with Relief Mail Train leaving Palmerston North for Napier at 3.40 p.m., or by the train leaving Auckland at 12;40 p.m. or 8.50 p.m. .
