DEATH OP MR. ALFRED VINCENT. \ By Telejraph—Presn Association—Oopyrifht (Rec. December 7, 9.15 p.m.) Sydney, December 7. The wife of Mr. Alfred Vincent-, the "Bulletin" artist, on entering his rccm, found "her husband lying' with his throat cut. He died before the doctor's arrival. The Into Mr. Vincent had been Buffering for some time .from nervous troubles. The doctor visited him iust. prior to the tragedy, when lie appeared to bo going to sleep.
