TENDERS FOR LEASE OF MUNICIPAL TURKISH BATHS. mHE Dunedin City Council invites A Tenders for the Lease, for a period of three years, of the TURKISH BATHS attached to the Municipal Tepid Swimming Baths, situate in Moray Place East.. Tho Lease is for disposal as a going concern, and all fittings, furniture, appliances, and apparatus (witli the exception of certain small perishable articles which the Lessee will require to take over at valuation) go with the premises.
