Tho Defence Department lias, says our Feathers'ton correspondent, arranged to vacate the buildings oa Tauherenikdu Racecourse (.which are now being used for hospital purposes), next week. Everything will be in readiness for the Wairarapa Racing Club's Summer Meeting, on January' 1 and 3, and as large numbers of troops from the military camp will be present, a.successful meeting is anticipated.
