STAR OF NEW ZEALAND ON THE ROCKS
J WRECKED OFF CAPE USHANT, By Telegrorh—Pxesß Asaoclatlon-Oosyrigln (Rco. December 6, 9.30 p.m.) London, December 6. The Star of New Zealand is ashore on the rocks near Ushant. Forty-six of those oil board liave been saved. [Tho last advice received in New : Zealand concerning the Star of ;New Zealand was to i'-he effect that she was , at London on February 9 of this year. She was a steel screw steamer of 4417 tons gross and 2833 tons net register, built in 1895 by Workman, Clark and Co. to.the order of the Star Line, Ltd. (J. P. Corry and Co.).
