A YACHT UPSETS
OR.BW RESCUED BY MEN-O'-WARS-IIEN. 'A' crew oft'-four were upset from a yacht off Pipitea, Point about 4.30 p.m. on Saturday, and for a time had a nasty and dangerous experience while clinging to the upturned boat. Their predicament was witnessed by the crow of H.M.S. Torch, and three members (Armourer S. Bennett, Ship's Steward IT. Roberts, and Seaman Malcolm Halcrow) put off to the rescue. They had a hard pull of about a mile and a half ill a choppy sea, but were eventually able to get the men aloard, and safe ashore. *
