Athens messages declare there are no fresh developments ill the diplomatic situation. The Government is still hoping for a reduction of the Entente's demands, which would render possible an understanding to which the Central Powers would not object. The "Echo de Peris," however, announces that owing to doubts of Greek action, the Allies have re-established the restrictions on Greek commerce, which were rescinded as a mark of rather premature confidence Mr. G. Stevens, the "Daily Telegraph's" correspondent at Athens,, states that the censorship at Athens renders cablegrams valueless, and so he telegraphs from Salonika. He states that the Cabinet has been sitting continuously and as the result of extreme German pressure the Greek Cabinet is divided the Anetro-Germans straining every nerve to make the Allies' position untenable. M. Skouloudis, the Prime Minister, is anxious to avoid unpleasant relations with the Allies, but Hie is in a most diffioult position. RESPECTIVE OFFERS MADE TO GREECE. (Rec. The Berlin "Tageblatt ■ says Greece has agreed to give the Allies the free •use of the railways in Greece and Macedonia, also in the Aegean harbours including Kavala, and adds that Austro-Germany has offered the Greeks 'the Aegean Islands and Southern Albania if they remain strictly neutral
