A statutory meeting of shareholders of the- Dominion Farmers' Institute, Ltd., will be held in Wellington. 013 Tuesday morning next. The shareholders will have to approve by-laws governing the powers, rights, duties, and mode of election of the Dominion Council, and will elect directors. The members will also be at liberty to discuss any matter relating to the fonnatiou of tho company. In the evening a meeting of the Advisory Committee of. the Farmers' Union will bo held to discuss various matters.
