DROP IN GERMAN EXCHANGE RATE
FALL SINCE SERBIAN CAMPAIGN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New Yotk, December 1. There bas been a remarkable drop in the rate of Gorman exchange during the past two days. Tho value of the four mark unit (roughly 45.) is quoted at 70J- cents. The rate 84 cents before the Serbian campaign commenced.
