THE CANADIAN "WHEAT SEIZURE. By Tolegrapli—Press Association—OopyrtsM New York, November 30. As much as twenty million bushels of the wheat which was commandeered by tho' Canadian Government is under contract to New York speculators who were holding it in store, preventing the new grain from coming in. Many holders having resold, are chagrined at \ having to fill their contracts from other . supplies.
