SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT 4 P.M. YESTEHDAY. . Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds, veering by west to north And then increasing. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but showery on the West Coast and southern districts. Barometer little movement at present, but falling in the south after about 24 hours. A westerly low-pressure area nas passed in the south, with strong west to southwest winds, and rain lias fallen in most parts, of the Dominion. D. O. BATES.
