FIRE IN ROPE WORKS
CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, November 30. A fire broke out in' llio storeroom of the rope and twine works of Donaghy and Co., Ltd.', and did considerable damage to a quantity of hemp. The stock was insured for £10,260 in several offices. «nd tho building for £1500 in tlio New Zealand office. Tlio damage cannot as yet be estimated.
