The Glasgow "Daily Record" and "Mail" have been prosecuted under tha Defence of the Realm Act on a charge ■of using a secret cod'o to convey news of air raids, naval engagements, and bombardments. The defendants pleaded that the code was intended to facilitate the delivery of the messages; and that the information was 6ubmitted to Press Bureau 6efore publication. [There was nothing in the cablegram which conveyed the above message to indicate whether the case .was finished or not, or, if finished, what the decision of the Court was.]
