'A' NARROW VICTORY FOR 'PROHIBITION. By Telegraph—Pmbs Association—Copyrlehi St. John's, November 26. Witt the return of the St. Barbe district received, the reports are complete of eighteen electoral districts in Newfoundland on the Prohibition plebiscite. St.' Barbe registered 1069 for Prohibition, and 437 against. This offsets the majority registered against the proposalin the other districts. The measure was carried by 404 votes.
