Br Telegraph—Press Associatlon-Copprlshl Ottawa, November 23. ■An explosion, the cause of which is unknown, but is believed to be the work of alien enemies, occurred in the plant of the Canadian Explosives Company at Parry Sound, Ontario The plant occupies thre9 square miles. Five one-story buildings, used for the storage of cordite, whioh is manufactured in large quantities, wero obliterated. There was no loss of life, as the em-, ployees had left before the explosion, the force of whioh partly wrecked the railway station. / In view of the suspicions nature of the' occurrence,' 160 men of the overseas contingent were dispatched to the scene and a cordon thrown round the works.
