HIGH OOMMIGSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner reports:— ' London, November 24, 4.45 a.m. "The Italians, between San Valentina and Podgora have seized forts 73 and 67, capturing one thousand prisoners. The other forts were destroyed by the Italian artillery."
