Regarding the application for a War Pension by the parents of the late Captain Frandi (who was killed in action on Gallipoli), tho Pensions Board has decided that before it can alter ita decision not to grant a pension some further evidence should be adduced' to account for the discrepancy between the statement regarding dependency mado by tho applicants in support of their claims for the old age pension, and that for the war pension; further, should any proof of the dependency of the applicants upon their late son bo brought before the board, tho board will be only too ready to reconsider the position.
