ITS KITCHENER INDISCRETION. By Telecraph—Prese Association—Copyright (Rec. November 23, 7.45 p.m.) London, November 22. The "Globe" newspaper (which was suspended for publishing a statement to the effnet that Lord Kitchener had has reappeared. In an editorial the "Globe" declares that it has consistently struggled for tho good of the nation, and has never wittingly endangered the interests of tho country. It now knows that the Kitchener story was untrue.
