'APPEAL FOR NATIONAL RESERVISTS: One of the livest sections of the National Reserve is the Wellington South,' which is commanded by Mr. J. P. Firth, headmaster of-the Wellington College. This section has already supplied ,a. good many men for active service, and the spirit that pervades its ranks is conducive to the best results; It has its own shooting range, and offers excellent facilities for a sound fundamental training in soldiership. To encourage membership the following poster has been issued National Reserve, Wellington South. Special Appeal. To all those men who have declared in their National Registration cards that they aro prepared to stand by their King and Country we make this special appeal to join the National Reserve, so that you may obtain some preliminary training, and also to show that you. are really in earnest in your declarations. One night a week is; all we ask for. The above section of the Reserve drills every Tuesday night at Wellington College at 8 o'clock. Every facility for training and teaching you how to'shoot.
