LIVELY ARTILLERY DUELS
The High Commissioner reports: —
London, November 19, 5.5 p.m. In Alsace, on the plateau of Uffholz raid at Hartmannsweilerkonf, there has been lively fighting by artillery and with trench engines accompanied by showers of grenades. Eight enemy aeroplanes attempted yesterday to fly over Luneville; beiug attacked, five flew off. The others dropped bombs, wounding three persons. Other damage done was unimportant. ASPHYXIATING CAS.
